1) Information You Provide

When you submit an inquiry form, book a demo, register an account, contact us or use our services through our website, we may collect the following information you provide voluntarily:

Business-need information: the type of product or service you inquire about, descriptions of your business scenario and cooperation intentions;
Account information (if you register and use the relevant services): phone number, WeChat OpenID, etc., used for login verification and account association;

responding to your inquiries, bookings and needs, and providing the corresponding products or services;
providing, maintaining and improving our products and services, including features such as AI video replication;
communicating with you and sending you service information related to your needs;
completing payment transactions and credit management (where applicable);
sending SMS verification codes (for identity verification only);
safeguarding service security and preventing malicious attacks, fraudulent charges and similar conduct;
improving and optimizing our website, products and service experience;
fulfilling obligations imposed by laws and regulations.

We follow the "minimum necessary" principle of the Personal Information Protection Law: we collect only the information necessary to provide the services and retain your personal information for the shortest time necessary to achieve the processing purpose. We will not use your personal information for any other purpose, nor make automated decisions based on your personal information.

4. Special Notes on AI Services

the user input content you upload (source videos, images, etc.) is used only to generate AI output for you and is not used for model training (unless you separately give explicit consent);
AI output content is automatically generated by algorithm models, and we make no warranty as to its truthfulness, accuracy, legality, completeness or suitability;
in accordance with the Measures for Identification of AI-Generated Synthetic Content and other relevant rules, we add identifiers to AI-generated synthetic content as required by law, and you shall not deliberately remove, modify or obscure such identifiers.

5. Storage & Security of Information

Your personal information is stored on servers within the territory of the People's Republic of China. We adopt industry-standard security technologies and management measures, including but not limited to:

passwords are stored with SHA256 hash encryption, and no one (including internal staff) can view plaintext passwords;
the entire website uses HTTPS encrypted transmission;
database access is subject to strict permission control;
regular security backups and system updates are performed;
management measures such as access control and security auditing.

We follow the "minimum necessary" principle and retain your personal information only for the shortest period necessary to achieve the processing purpose. Specifically: after your account is cancelled, we will delete or anonymize your personal information (except where laws and regulations require retention); service-usage data is no longer retained long-term after the service purpose is achieved.

In the event of a personal-information security incident, we will, as required by law, promptly inform you of the basics and possible impact of the incident, take remedial measures, and report to the competent authorities as required by regulation.

6. Sharing & Entrusted Processing of Information

We will not sell, rent or otherwise provide your personal information to third parties;
to realize specific features, we may entrust third-party service providers to process part of the information, including but not limited to: SMS providers (for sending verification codes), payment platforms (for processing transactions) and AI model providers (for AI analysis and content generation);

Apart from the above, we share your information only in the following cases: (a) with your explicit consent; (b) as required by laws and regulations; (c) at the lawful request of government departments or judicial authorities.

right of access: to access the personal information about you that we hold;
right of correction: to require us to correct information found to be inaccurate;
right of erasure: to require us to delete your personal information, including the materials and generated content you uploaded, in the circumstances prescribed by law;
right to withdraw consent: to withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal information;
right of cancellation: to cancel your account; we will handle your information in accordance with the law and clear your credits;
right to data portability: to request that your personal information be transferred to another processor you designate, where permitted by law;
right to complain: to file a complaint or report with the relevant regulatory authority.

8. Protection of Minors

Our products and services are mainly for corporate clients and adults with full civil capacity, not for minors. We do not proactively collect minors' personal information. If you are a minor under 18, please use our website under your guardian's guidance and provide personal information to us only with your guardian's consent. If we find that we have inadvertently collected personal information of a child under 14, we will delete it as soon as possible.
