5. Credits & Top-up (If Applicable)

Where the Services operate on a credit system, credits can be obtained by topping up and are used to pay for the corresponding services;
credits are non-transferable, non-cashable and cannot be exchanged for cash;
once a top-up payment succeeds, the purchase is deemed complete and is non-refundable except as otherwise provided by law;
the Company has the right to adjust credit pricing and top-up rules as business needs require, with prior announcement on the Website.

6. AI-Generated Content Notice

The Services are AI technology services; AI output content is automatically generated by algorithm models, and its truthfulness, accuracy, completeness, legality or suitability is not guaranteed;
before using AI output content, you shall judge and review its legality and suitability yourself, and you bear any risk arising from its use;
in accordance with the Measures for Identification of AI-Generated Synthetic Content and other rules, the Services add identifiers to AI-generated synthetic content as required by law, and you shall not deliberately remove, modify or obscure such identifiers.

7. User Conduct Rules

When using the Website and the Services, you shall not engage in the following conduct:

You may apply to cancel your account by contacting the Company; this statement terminates automatically upon cancellation. After termination, your data in the Services will be deleted (except as required by law), credits will be cleared, and the Company will have no further obligations to you.

This statement is governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China in its formation, performance, interpretation and dispute resolution. Any dispute arising from the Website or this statement shall first be settled through friendly negotiation; if negotiation fails, either party has the right to bring a lawsuit in the people's court with jurisdiction at the domicile of Qianshi Tech (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd.
